Treasure from the shores of the Pannonian Sea

Twenty million years ago, Fruška Gora was an island in the Pannonian Sea. On its slopes, where waves once broke, our Pannonian dry gin is born today: on the shores of an ancient sea, from fertile land that keeps its salt. Simply — Grain, Juniper and Spices from the Vojvodina plain — giving Twenty Five its distinctive notes.

Pre dvadeset miliona godina Fruška gora bila je ostrvo u Panonskom moru. Na njenim obroncima, gde su se nekada lomili talasi, danas nastaje naš panonski dry gin: na obalama drevnog mora, sa plodne zemlje koja čuva njegovu so. Jednostavno — Žito, Kleka i Začini iz Vojvođanske ravnice — daju jedinstvene note dvadesetpetici.

Chapter II — The Century

The journey of life, love & legacy

Back in 1925, our great-grandparents, Katarina and Samuilo, planted the first orchards and vineyards just beneath the Petrovaradin fortress, setting out to craft distillates and wine — formally taking possession of the land in 1928. A century later, in 2025, their great-grandson founded KATINA Distillery & Experience House on the same land. The helm and the 25 on every bottle are the family's sign and number — together we sail through life, love & legacy with determination, devotion to detail and pure dedication.

Davne 1925. godine naši prabaka i pradeda, Katarina i Samuilo, zasadili su prve voćke i vinograde nadomak Petrovaradinske tvrđave, sa željom da započnu proizvodnju destilata i vina — u posed zvanično ulaze 1928. godine. Vek kasnije, 2025. godine, njihov praunuk na istoj zemlji pokreće KATINA Distillery & Experience House. Kormilo i broj 25 na svakoj boci porodični su znak i broj — zajedno plovimo kroz život, ljubav i nasleđe sa odlučnošću, posvećenošću detaljima i čistom predanošću.

Chapter III — The Spirit

25 reasons to pour it on

Twenty Five Dry Gin, the first spirit of the reborn distillery, is crafted from pure, refined wheat alcohol macerated with wild juniper at its core. It is joined by 9 aromatic spices and selected herbs from the Vojvodina plain, combined with 7 spices and citrus from far shores. Before bottling, the gin passes through 7 careful processes at the distillery — which is why the complexity of this gin is tied, with good reason, to its name.

Twenty Five Dry Gin, prvi proizvod ponovo rođene destilerije, nastaje od čistog, rafinisanog pšeničnog alkohola maceriranog sa divljom klekom u osnovi. Njoj se pridružuje 9 aromatičnih začina i biranog bilja iz vojvođanske ravnice, u kombinaciji sa 7 začina i citrusa sa dalekih obala. Pre flaširanja, džin prolazi kroz 7 pažljivih procesa u destileriji — i zato se kompleksnost ovog džina s razlogom vezuje za njegovo ime.
